Dear ladies,

On Wednesday, 19 February, we are organizing a chocolate workshop! We will be trained by Thomas Huit in his laboratory!

In 2019 Thomas Huit becomes the Callebaut Ambassador in Romania, and from February 2020 he joins the ICEP HOTEL SCHOOL team out of the desire to pass on with dedication what he in turn learned from famous chefs, to inspire confectioners to develop continuously, to overcome themselves and young people to embrace this beautiful and creative job.

With his help, we will prepare different assortments of chocolate: pralines, truffles, mendiants.  We will learn the technique of making pralines, filling candies, closing the forms, etc. and we will create decorations with spectacular textures and colors!

We will also receive Tips & tricks!

Cost per person: 150 lei, to be deposited in IWA account by the latest February 17.
