• 45 minute Bodyshape Workout Experience with  fitness coaches (focused on entertaining fitness activities, bootcamp games, partner exercises, fun contests) + 15 min. ice-breaking games for team bonding
• Protein Smoothie Shake for each participant
  
• 15min. Q & A with transformation expert, fitness manager Flavius Ursachi 
  
• Free Tanita body composition assessment for all participants: you will discover your body fat percentage, muscular mass, metabolic age and many more! 
• 1 x Cookbook with delicious and healthy recipes (digital format) .                                   The event is for everyone, no matter the physical condition. It is a fun workout, the purpose is to feel good, ideal even for the beginners!
