Our very own Kazumi Ivanescu is inviting us to taste and talk about Japanese cuisine in the perfect setting. IWA members have the opportunity to meet Chef Sorin Zaharia, the gold medalist of Sushi Championship 2024 in Japan
Set menu specially prepared for IWA members: 1. Miso soup
2. Mini vegetables tempura or shrimp tempura
3. Nigiri omakase selection (Wild seabass, Yellowtail, Salmon, Akami, O-toro, Wagyu A5)
All the nigiri, Premium fish and ingredients with yakumi like caviar or so.
The price of the menu - 250 RON/pers. without drinks.
